On the Client Portal, from the Menu, click on the Billing tab.

You will then be redirected to the Billing Page. Click on the Subscription tab to see current Subscription details.

Select what Subscription you would like to upgrade or downgrade and click the Options button ⫶. (See image below)

Within this tab, you’ll find information about your current subscription, including the Plan Name. From here, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan by selecting your desired option.

Once you’ve selected your new plan, you can choose to apply the changes immediately or schedule them to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. This gives you the flexibility to make changes when it’s most convenient for you.
